The room was clean and silent, with helpful and kind staff. The location near the zoo and Kalemegdan was convenient. Free parking, coffee, tea, fruits, and rakija were provided. The staff was accommodating and answered all questions.
All good.

Perfect location near Kalemegdan Park and bars and restaurants. Very quite hotel room at the back side. Free parking is an asset as well.
Only the breakfast served in the room is a bit of setback for a 4 star hotel.

I had the most incredible stay at a charming hotel near the zoo and old town. The location was fantastic for exploring, with breathtaking views from Kalemegdan. The rooms were comfortable and the staff incredibly polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great bathroom, with a full jacuzzi/steam bath inside. Spacious room, rich tv choices (40" led tv + Sat). Friendly staff. Position is great, just next to Kalmegdan park and zoo, a very short walk from the greatest viewing point in the whole city and many museums. The street is known as "silicon valley", for its abundance of pimped up girls looking for a nice evening. Or more. A very large choice of bars, cafés, terraces and restaurants. Close to the city centre and the old town.
It must be clearer this is not really a traditional hotel and apart from the quality of the room, I don't quite see where the 4 stars come from, I saw no other facilities, there's not even a bar in the hotel, let alone a restaurant or conference. But again, given the ample choices right outside its gate, a bar/restaurant in the hotel might even be overkill. Much better to go out.

It was very comfortable with the free parking place and wireless internet connection. Location is very good. Staff is very kind.
There is no restaurant, neither a place for breakfast, which is served in the room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, providing good recommendations and accommodating our requests. Great location, close to attractions, restaurants and shops. Free parking on site was a big plus.
The room was not very modern and had a slight odour. it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a baby and had all the comfort we needed. You can hear the animals from the zoo if windows are left open and our baby liked that a lot. The parking is really nice feature. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Yes, the breakfast is served in the room, but there are plenty of cozy bars and restaurants nearby for those who like that. Actually we spent two nights in the hotel.

Good location (Kalemegdan and city centre), friendly staff, safe parking place, very nice spacious room but without breakfast room. Huge LCD TV with many channels, free WiFi.
No breakfast room, poor breakfast served in room, very small hotel with very basic services for almost 4* prices. Very bad smell of air freshener in the whole room (maybe to eliminate some other odour).

We loved that this hotel was situated in a prime location that allowed us to easily explore all the important sites in the city. The hotel was clean, had great facilities including private parking, and the staff was helpful. Additionally, we enjoyed having breakfast in our room, which was delicious and well-timed.
Nothing is imperfect in this hotel; we had a wonderful stay.

Great Christmas Experience and Excellent Location
Had an awesome Christmas experience at this lovely house/hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, with comfortable beds that made our stay truly comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast served in our room, and it was always served on time. We were also pleased with the hotel’s location; it was just a stone's throw from many wonderful shops, bars and restaurants.

We arrived very early, and the staff allowed us to check in anyway. They were very attentive to requests.
